Our sales teams at major events in the paper industry

Since September, our marketing and sales teams have been traveling across Europe to participate in two major events in the pulp market: Europulp 2025 in Barcelona and London Pulp Week 2025.

These two highlights enable us to remain at the heart of international exchanges in the pulp and paper industry, strengthen our partnerships, and closely monitor trends in the pulp market in a rapidly changing global context.

Europulp 2025: sponsorship in Barcelona

In mid-September, Fibre Excellence was proud to sponsor the Europulp 2025 conference, alongside big names in the sector such as Suzano, Altri Group, Billerud, and CMPC.

The event, which brought together more than 300 international participants, provided an opportunity to take stock of the outlook for 2025-2026, changes in demand, and the impact of climate change on the paper industry.

Our teams presented our new UKP-E pulp grade, a key step in strengthening our position with European, North African, and Middle Eastern players. It was a strategic moment to showcase our innovations, listen to market expectations, and consolidate our visibility in the industry.

“Despite the complicated context, these exchanges remain essential. Everyone is seeing the same signs: a slowdown in activity, a lot of uncertainty...and all eyes remain on Asia.”
Davide ZOFF, Sales Director

London Pulp Week: understanding global dynamics

In November, London Pulp Week 2025 explored the major trends in the global pulp market: changes in demand, regulatory challenges, environmental transition, geopolitical context, and more.

This event is essential for anticipating developments in the paper industry in an increasingly unstable international environment.

This year's event highlighted the impact of geopolitical tensions, the growing importance of certification and sustainability, and the effects of capacity adjustments among major producers. Discussions also provided an opportunity to take stock of the prospects for recovery, the uncertainties surrounding Asian markets, and how the paper industry is adapting to a more unstable environment.

These meetings enable us to strengthen ties with our partners, compare our analyses, adjust our action plans, and refine our strategies at a time when visibility remains limited.
